Returns & refunds

You can return your VYNILLO speaker within 30 days of delivery for a refund. UK customers also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which runs alongside this policy.

How to start a return

Email vynillo.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours on business days.

Condition of the item

Items should be returned in resalable condition with all accessories and packaging. You may unpack and test the speaker to check how it works, the same way you would in a store.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks usually show the funds within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your speaker arrives damaged or stops working, email us with photos or a short video. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
