1. About us

VYNILLO is an online store operated by Wiktor Wrzesien, a sole trader. Contact: vynillo.support@gmail.com

2. Orders

You can place an order at any time. An order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable or if payment cannot be verified, and we will refund you in full.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency of your region. Any applicable taxes, duties and shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Shipping

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery is 7–12 business days, and tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel ships.

5. Cancellations and returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. UK customers also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. See our Returns & refunds page for the full process.

6. Warranty

Every speaker is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable at the time you placed your order.
